Review of 'Icche' (bengali movie)

'Rowdy Rathore' is yet another movie from the Prabhudeva's stable whose style of films could be termed a genre called 'Meaningless Action Thriller'.....A remake of a south Indian movie starred by Ravi Teja, rowdy is an out and out entertainer....There is not much to analyse in the movie as it does not need that...If you are the kind who wants to apply ones mind while watching a movie then 'rowdy rathore' is not for you but if you enjoy pure Indian commercial flicks then you will enjoy this movie to the core....Whats interesting to see that slowly but surely 'South Indian' formula is working in Bollywood as South Indian industry has used this formula to death and in the process created superstars like 'Ravi Teja', 'Vijay' and above all 'Rajnikanth'..... Coming to the movie, action scenes are superb (although pretty similar to the one you have seen in Dabang/Wanted etc...), music is foot-tapping specially the piece which keeps playing often 'Dhink Ka Ka Chika Chika' is very catchy and kind of grows on you, Akshay Kumar's timing is superb and he has done well both in comic and action, Sonakshi is looking beautiful, have been effortless in her bit (although she didn't have much to do)....Some of the other actors too have been good specially the guy who played the character of '2G' as Akshay's friend....You are going to love 'Mika's' song.... The movie is a pure commercial flick with right dose of comedy & action and foottapping music.... Go watch it and get entertained....Yet another movie from Prabhudeva which will be a blockbuster... It will be interesting to track how long this 'meaningless action genre' holds on with audience in Bollywood.....
