Story of love and passion when told with artistic brilliance then only one name gets associated with it 'Sanjay Leela Bhansali'.....

The magic that he creates with his detailing of art that recreates history will indeed go down the history lanes of Bollywood.

With Padmavat he has recreated the same once again as if he never stopped after Bajirao Mastaani which was an equally passionate epic of love....

Apart from the brilliant art direction, the film has been by far one of the best shot war sequences so far in Bollywood.

However apart from the brilliance of 'Sanjay Leela Bhansali' the movie was made engaging because of another possessed man whose name is 'Ranveer Singh'.....Like the director the actor too just seemed to have been possessed ever since 'Bajirao', its just that soul he possessed has now changed to 'Alauddin Khilji'....I have never seen any other actor apart from Ranbir Kapoor in 'Rockstar' who looked possessed in the character.....I am sure Ranveers role in Padmavat will be remembered for a long time in history books.

What however perplexed me is the criticism that various critics made of 'Shahid' & 'Deepika' who portrayed their respective roles equally brilliantly and captured the essence of 'Rajputi Pride' really well. In fact their roles needed to have the opposite personality and character of 'Khilji' which they portrayed to perfection. I feel critics too get possessed and hence blind when it comes to assessing performances.

What further confused me why the movie attracted so much controversy whether its the 'Karni Sena' or 'Swara Bhaskar' as the film captured the 'Rajput Pride' so beautifully and after watching you feel good about the Rajputs on another hand it also captured the essence of a ruthless king blindly lusting for a queen and finally almost longing for her so beautifully......I really feel pity about all those who leveraged the film to satisfy their own PR needs or Political Needs....

The movie is brilliant and this is shown by the fact that even in its 2nd week its running packed houses...Am sure that even next week it will give 'Padman' a run for its money....

Sheer Brilliance, I Bow Down To Mr. Bhansali, Ranveer , Deepika & Shahid for such beautiful piece of work....Go Watch is my recommendation....
