Bombay Talkies celebrates the 100 years of Indian Cinema thru an ensemble of 4 short movies directed by 4 famous directors. Its not inspired by Hollywood movies like Crash where unrelated stories merge together towards the end.....Its pretty original from that point of view. The movie therefore have one story each from Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Zoya Akhtar & Anurag Kashyap.....The binding theme in all but one is 'Bollywood' and leaves you with a significant message at the end....While Dibakar leaves you with the message that if you really work hard to follow your dreams no matter how small the achievement is it gives you the biggest satisfaction in life, while in case of Anurag's film its about how a son goes behind following his fathers dream related to Bollywood, Zoya on the other hand leaves you with the story of 'follow your dream no matter how much people discourage you'......So Dreams & Bollywood has been the common theme of all three directo...
