Rocket Singh....Its really a rocket by Shimit after the aeroplane Chak De...

Rocket Singh....You see the trailors does make you predict what is going to be the movie all about especially for people like me who belong to this industry... But you know what every time during the movie i was trying to predict that this is how this scene is going to be like i was proved wrong...Thats Shimit Amin & Jaidip Sahni...I think this jodi is really awesome as they make simple stories look so real and leave you with a learning and a mark in your heart...According to me thats what movies are suppossed to do, create a space in your heart.... Rocket Singh is a simple story about a simple guy who wanted to become a salesman and when he actually becomes one...he comes across the realities of sales, organisation and the professional world...which to an honest soul like him was a cultural shock....he gets targetted like many new rookies who fail in the eyes of bosses and becomes a joke for people who forgets that this is a rookie and he too has some emotions...So real and i thin...

Ambiguity or what it is?

Working with different organisation has very interesting facets especially MNC's. Till date i have realsed that MNC and Indian organisation are same because both have many branch offices the difference is that MNC has many globally and Indians only in India unless its an Indian MNC. But one big difference i have found is that in MNC's since the business operations are global sometimes they carry a lot of passengers and to contibue to sustain those passenger's they create a whole story around it and behave as if its very important to the future of organisation. Using words like Strategic, Sustainable growth etc...provide RTB (reason to believe) to the story.... Unfortunately the sufferers are people who do not sit in that HO but is sitting somewhere in a country like India and has been recently recruited with a story that India is extremely strategic and we want to grow here bla...bla...bla... While most often u do not get caught in these stories but sometime u do and thats ...

Paa review

I know what i am going to write most people are going hate:) Paa is a very good movies because it had great make up, very good effort by Mr.Bacchan and also credible undertoned performances by Vidya Balan and Abhisekh Bacchan. So overall it was definitely a good movie. However having said that for directors like Balki/Rakesh Mehra/Mani Ratnam etc....i think we should not compare there movies vis a vis the others in Bollywood but with the best in Hollywood....Because today there are the best India has and if we need to take our industry to greater heights then we need to have better benchmarks so that we can constantly improve. Given this i find lot of flaws in the movie. First of all the characterisation...While i know the background that Balki had a vague idea about what he wanted to make and later on he fitted Progeria in it to provide the story more 'RTB' (typical brand langauge). But i think having decided that he should have given better thought on the chracterisation to p...

Are Indian Filmmakers Not Mature Enough or Is it the Audience?

Recently saw 'London Dreams' and felt really sorry that so much of money are being spent on making movies without any importance given to 'casting and characterization' . With a decent story idea which could have been made into a very very intense film...London dreams failed from the inception as they had the wrong actors who just did not look believable in the roles they were enacting.....forget storyline and screenplay....The only little bit of saving grace was Salman ........ I would not like to write a review as right from the trailors i felt its going to be a disaster.... What i would definitely like to throw onto the table for debate and comments is whether Indian Filmmakers are not mature enough or Is it that Indian Audience is not mature enough or is it that there is still not much accountability on the monies being spent.....Movie after movie we see that scripts, screenplay and characterization are the last things on the priority list of our filmmakers..... Why...
